  • The Cove

    This area accommodates 20-50 guests and is the best option for small company happy hours, welcome parties and family get-togethers. It includes The Greenhouse flex space, typically used for catering set-up, and a private fireplace for guests. This area is the most private and is furthest from our bar.

  • The Upper Courtyard

    This area accommodates 55-100 guests and is the best option for large welcome parties, receptions, and reunions. It encompasses the cove area and includes use of the stage and turf. The Upper Courtyard allows guests direct access to the bar.

  • Full Buyout

    The full Rock Garden can seat up to 150 guests. This is the best option for hosts wanting a fully private event that is closed to the public. A full buyout allows for a full day of use and is most frequently used for larger receptions, rehearsal dinners, and full weddings with ceremony. Those who book a full buyout often make arrangements with A-Lodge to reserve the 3 bedroom Pride of Lyons house as well.

  • After Hours

    Rent The full Rock Garden for an after hours event that takes place from 10:30pm - 1:30am. Guests who book an after hours event are ones seeking to extend the fun of whatever celebration they may be having. Please note, the town noise ordinance does apply here and volume will be monitored. Those who book an after hours event are also required to book A-Lodge’s 3 bedroom Pride of Lyons house and Room 5 to mitigate noise complaints.

 rental requirements

All rentals require a 50% deposit of Rental fee to secure a date. Contract with specific details MUST be signed and returned a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event. Deposits are 90% refundable within 30 days prior to the event date.
